THE BUILD

To achieve Step Code Level 5, ORCA’s PODs combine high-performance materials for energy efficiency and comfort.

With rock wool comfort board, and pro climate SOLITEX air barrier membranes, we ensure airtight, durable, and highly insulated homes. double pane low argon windows and energy-efficient HVAC systems maintain optimal air quality and temperature year-round.

We achieved 1.3 ACH on our air test. This combination of innovation and quality sets a new standard for sustainable, energy-efficient homes.

“Our steel framing with thermal breaks reduces energy loss, while sustainable materials and optional solar panels support greener living.”
