Make it yours
Customize before you build.
The base Swallow is fully buildable as-is, but most owners adjust a few things before factory production — finish package (Daybreak or Twilight), exterior siding, window placement, or accessibility features. Once production starts the spec is locked, which is how we hold the fixed-price guarantee. The Swallow also suits a secondary suite or Air B&B. A 16′ x 60′ footprint maximizes rentable area.
