Our largest studio model, The Sandpiper looks something like this…the kitchen, with lots of cabinets, takes up one end of the home. On the other end, there’s a large bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The big windows and doors allow for an intersection of indoors and outdoors. Perfect as a chic home office, art studio or an ADU for rentals. We’ve designed this with flexibility of use in mind!
